Business Unit Manager
Location : Hallam, Melbourne VIC
Patriot Environmental Management are industry specialists in Environmental Solutions. We are a leading supplier of non-destructive digging, liquid waste management, drain cleaning, and subsurface utility locating and inspection services for a wide range of industries. We are a growing company with offices in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia.
An opportunity exists for a Business Unit Manager to join our team in Hallam, Victoria.
As the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
Meeting KPIs covering P&L performance, people, clients, growth and quality;
Ensuring operational works undertaken meet technical performance standards and completed in line with the budget;
In consultation with Human Resources, manage performance, conduct and industrial relations issues;
Manage key client relationships including project delivery and commercial viability; and
Achieve compliance and meet legislative and regulatory obligations in regard to quality, safety and the environment.
What you will bring:
A combination of tertiary qualifications and/or experience within a similar industry or background;
Ability to motivate and empower staff, manage projects and develop business relationships with clients; and
Communication and negotiation skills across all channels - face to face, phone and electronic.
Strong understanding of financial, commercial, legal and technical concepts; and
Proven ability to develop both short and long range business goals.
